The "Verified" badge indicates that a professional's state registration or industry license has been validated at the time of listing. Verification is not a guarantee of ongoing performance, quality of work, or customer satisfaction.

ProfessionalDirectory.com reserves the right to request updated documentation and to suspend or remove any listing that fails to maintain valid credentials.

4. Conduct & Prohibited Uses

Users and listing owners must not use this platform to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or platform staff.
